I have a petite frame but an athletic figure due to my very active lifestyle. I play beach volleyball, indoor volleyball, and tennis in my spare time; and participate in heated yoga and pilates classes regularly. I have an olive tone to my skin -- the depth of its hue varies throughout the year. My cheeks have a natural blush, though it is very subtle. I have very dark brown hair and eyebrows -- and I tend to favor cooler colors. My hair has a natural wave but can be styled easily.
I received multiple scholarships to play college volleyball, despite my height, but have declined them so I can finally pursue my acting career.
My familial heritage plays a role in my daily life. Generations of my mother's family have lived and remain in the Delta -- the southern traditions, mannerisms, and practices are deeply entrenched. My father's parents are Sicilian -- family and family custom are both important parts of life. The similarity of both is the pressure to always present yourself in the best possible form of manner and speech. I have a fetish for facials, sunblock, and anti-aging cream (it's never too early) -- I try to look and feel my best at all times because I like taking care of myself.
I attended an all girl's school in Louisiana until I moved to Oxford. Since living here, I've learned that Oxford is the artsy, non-conformist of the stereotypical Mississippi town. I was introduced to theatre through my high school. My overall experience has been very rewarding.
