Boss (Men and Women) Founded in New York in 1988 by British photographer David Bosman, Boss Models Worldwide has offices in New York, Cape Town and Miami. In stark contrast to department store style agencies of the 80's, Boss Models' boutique philosophy has successfully reinvented the role of a model agency within the fashion and entertainment industry. One of the giants of the male modeling agencies, Boss Models launched to superstardom such venerable icons as Marcus Schenkenberg and David Boals.
