XanModels

We are a small business based out of Mississippi and South Carolina. Currently we are working with models in various states in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. The focus of XanModels is on the models which we work with in order to help further their careers in the direction they choose to go.
We would not classify ourselves as an agency, but rather more in what you would call Managerial and Referral services. Though in some ways, we may act as an agency, our focus is on a much smaller scale. Basically what we do is on the same basis, but the focus remains on our models and their needs. We are realistic of the importance of our models for without them the business would not exist.
XanModels is made up of everyday people who sincerely care about the models we represent and love the work which we are able to do for them. When a model enters into Xan, we take them into our family and treat them as one of our own. What a model gets when joining XanModels is this, a very dedicated staff who will go the lengths it takes to help them with their careers as well as a very caring bunch of people who take their best interest to heart as well.
Where the models are concerned, we have a very dedicated and talented lineup who believe in the directions we are headed as well. They are very serious about their careers and want to have the kind of breaks which will help them go in the directions they wish to go. Most or all of our models are multi-talented in the sense they have other talents other than modeling ranging from acting, dancing, modeling, playing of musical instruments, singing, spokesmodel, etc.
What you get when you work with one of our models is this. You get a model who will work hard to fulfill the assignment to the best of their ability. Also in turn, you will have a great time due to the fact that all of the talent we represent are serious about their careers and love what they are doing. In other words, you will get a 100% each time. Where the staff is concerned, we will go the length to make sure all assignments are set up properly. As a reality, communication is of very much importance. We want to make sure that everything is set up properly and everyone is happy with the setup. We at Xan will go the lengths to make sure conditions are met as per agreements ahead of time.
What we at Xan expect of the people who wish to work with our models. First, we will need a clear description of the assignment or assignments you have planned. Secondly, we will need clarification of who you are and / or the company you represent. Once these things are established, we will proceed from there. Only credable and serious inquiries will be considered. For the models under the age of 18, only age appropriate assignments will be considered. We are in line mostly looking for paid work where the models are concerned, but tfp(time for print) will be considered in order to help build the model's portfolio. All assignments will have to be agreed upon by the models beforehand and the parents as well where the model is under the age of 18.
