Japan could be called the “doll market” or the “money market”. If you are amazing, have a good book and experience to work everywhere, you will work in Japan amazingly and make amazing money here, but if you are a very sweet dolly face and cannot compete in NY or London, Japan is the best place you should go. The sweeter you are the more jobs you can get here. It is also a very good market for short girls, as the height limit is not so strict as in the big markets here and girls at 170cm can work perfectly. Unless its the Tokyo collection time girls over 180 are not very welcome here, as most of the clothes and shoes will be too tiny. Japan is also a money market, so coming here, you can expect to earn, but do not expect to improve your portfolio as this is happening quite rarely. Most of the tests from Japan will be surely seen they were made in Japan and will not be suitable outside Asia, however could be good in Korea and Taiwan. There are also some magazine jobs available in Tokyo, but most of them will not help you outside Asia too, because everything on the photo will be written in japanese letters and the clients in other markets will not like them.
