St. Valentines Day – The Perfect Date

Ahh…. The most magical day of the year is getting closer and closer… 14^th of February is the day of everyone in love. For you guys out there it is the best day of a year to show your girlfriends how much you care about them, how much you love them. Women tend to remember Valentine days, so do not screw up and make the best of it; she will remember it the whole upcoming year. Here are some ideas how to make this day – “the day I will always remember”.

Dinner at home
Make your darling a fancy dinner at home. I do realize that we, men, are not the lions in the kitchen (at least most of us), so get a cooking book and just follow it step by step. Of course you are going to need candles, bouquet of red roses and a bucket of ice with a bottle of champagne in it on the table.

Picnic in the countryside

It does not require much of the preparations as well. If she is working that day, just pick her up from work and take her to the pre-prepared picnic spot in the beautiful place, like a hill with a beautiful view (turn on your imagination here). Bottle of wine, some snacks, maybe a bonfire… And just watch the sun go down and the moon go up together. Don’t forget the means for getting rid of insects when you plan something outdoors.

Dancing

Can you show one woman who doesn’t like to dance? I can’t. Take her to dances. I am not talking the same night club you are always going, but maybe some place where you can take dancing lessons together, or a place where you can dance all alone for the whole night.

City tours

Almost every town and city has its own romantic stories that are hidden in its history. Take an interest in these stories before Valentines Day, find a tour (ask you tourist information centers) and take you darling to a night tour telling her all these stories yourself, don’t take guided tours, they spoil the mood.

A Walk

Sometimes just a simple walk will do it. Take a walk on the beach, listen to all she has to say, them open up and share your feelings. You won’t believe it, but for the most of women it is the most romantic thing in the world. Then light a fire and maybe roast some marshmallows and just be with each other.

These are just a couple of ideas that you can use to make your girlfriend to love you even more. Without a doubt there are much more activities, which would make your Valentines Day unforgettable. Ask yourself: what does my girlfriend likes the most? And just try to make this day as close to her dreams as possible. After the date I believe she will find the way how to say thank you for you.
