No photography today. Decided to do yard work and continue with the do-it-myself home renovation and expansion project.
Hole in the wall under the rafters in the computer room. Hole left there last week when sheet rock ran out.
Doesn't take life long around here. Bird, a thrusie, about ten inches, decided the computer room was a nice, comfy place to build her nest. Fantastic. Like I need another pet bird.
So, like do I go ahead and patch the hole so no more birds come in...or must I leave it open so as to allow the nice, expectant mother to be to have her nesting site undisturbed?
I like birds...I'm thinking of allowing her to stay as long as she likes...freedom to come and go. Problem is...I do not need anything more sinister, like rats, to get inside. Should maybe be OK. The hole is 9.5 feet off the ground. We'll see.
I need a name for her.
And, she's camera shy. Each time I reach for my camera, she flies out. I'm gonna catch her, though. Tomorrow I go town to my office and pick up my infra red motion trigger. That's get her!
