Cause I'm leaving, on a jet plane, Don't know when I'll be back again. Oh, baby, never let .....
Oh! Ahem, Hi! Didn't notice you were there.
Well, I'm off to the real world for a few weeks. I leave on June 6th for Miami, Florida, then on to New Hampshire for my daughter's high school graduation on June 8th. She's graduating with high honors.
She's dashing right off to join Americorps for a year before taking up her college scholarships.
While I am on the mainland, I will be driving up and down the East Coast, harrassing friends and family and interviewing models to be feaured monthly in the V.I. Fun and SUn Guide. Eleven 2008 models have yet t o be booked. I'm tightening up my schedule over the next day and a half. I've booked time with a few Jurgita models, so look for some of your friends images to be posted here. Some have been booked for arranged shoots and others I am meeting to consider as Carib Goody girls.
I may be a little sporadic with my log-ins during that time as I will be relying on wireless hot-spots or friends' and families' internet connections. Guess I will see you when I see you. I get all of my phone calls made tomorrow and perhaps by tomorrow evening I'll have a calendar posted as to my whereabouts on any given day.
Stay well!
Karl
Leaving St. Thomas...Well...I was not on THAT particular jet. Lesson to togs: Do NOT stand under a lifting 757. Plant your equipment, tied solidly and remote trigger. After-draft knocked me flat on my butt but I protected the equipment. Air Traffic Control would allow only a total of three takes for that shot since each required a landing and take-off.
After Miami, my first stop will be here, at Raliegh Durham Airport, North Carolina for a day.
From North Carolina to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport to change planes to Boston. From Boston I drive to Durham, New Hampshire and my daughter!!!
