its the time when lots of models and dancers leaving the country to work for the summer period. and we care about everyone personally... We tell everyone what to do in various situations, how they need to work, what are their responsibilities, many contracts has to be signed... But I'm happy that we can help models and dancers to follow their dreams.. The bad thing is that sometimes its very hard to handle...

	Whew! So you are like a full service, one stop agency. From discovery, through training, through booking, huh? I used to look working with agencies on this side of the pond who took the time to care about such details in their talent. I swear, some of the agencies I've dealt with in the past couple of years have never even met someof the talent they represent. Glad to see an agency like yours that maintains old-fashioned values in the quality of the talent you reccomend.

	Firs timers... Oh first we need to take perfect Polaroids, later we need to create the book. Its impossible to create a book within one photo shooting, we need to invite them to the castings, we need to make them look good, talk good, to be perfect. There is no other way. For dancers is a bit more easy.. you know how to dance, or you dont :)

	But it is very good work that you do. :) How do you handle first-timers? Those are the ones who wil be most affected by their venture into their brave new world. They face that most daunting of adversaries: Homesickness. Maybe a blog for rookes? Someplace where they can on a daily basis rely their thoughts, hopes, dreams and experiences. A tiny thread back to something familiar. After all, you are their surrogate mommy now! :)
