"Dogs" post in Jerald H. blog

About 5 years ago my wife and I went to the local dog shelter to buy a dog for my step-daughter. We came home with 3 dogs instead of the 1 we intended to buy! About 2 years ago the 1 of the 3 dogs which we bought for my step-daughter got attached by something during the night, in our back yard, and later died from the injuries. This past weekend we drove to a kennel to buy her another dog to replace the one that died. This time we walked away with 2 dogs instead of the 1 we intended to buy! Besides the Chihuahua that my wife and I bought during the road trip that was our 1st year anniversary celebration. So, we now are a family of 5 people and 5 dogs! 3 boys and 2 girls (us humans) and 2 boy and 3 girl dogs.
