I want to express my heartfelt sympathy to all of those in the Philippines who have been affected by Tropical Storm Ketsana.  The pictures that I see of the devastation brought by the storm are absolutely heart-wrenching.  I cannot begin to imagine experiencing a tragedy of this magnitude.   You are all in my thoughts.   Sincerely,   Darren Cook
