| Date: 2007-04-30 08:27 I have been a hip/hop and break dancer for 3 years now. I love doing it. When i
have nothing else to do or i am bored i just get up, turn on some music and
dance. Dancing is pretty much my [*Link removed*] me know wut u think of hip/hop
dancing or break dancing. If u already know how 2 dance tell me the different
kinds of moves u do? Wut kinda music u dance 2 ? When u first started dancing??
and wutever elsde u wanna tell me |

I started off with ballet[RAD style] at 3, started modern jazz at 7 and stopped
at 9, quit ballet at 13, took up modern jazz again, quit for a year at 16 and
started again after a year. I'm currently on a long break cos my dance teacher
bit off the schedule equivalent of a gob stopper, so between having nowhere
decent to give lessons [the head of the school dropped the building and is
having a big block of apartments builts, including 4 studios... in the meantime
we were stuck in a filthy, freezing, knee-jarring boys' school] and her having
too much to do our lessons are postponed until last month. Course my dance
teacher seems to have dropped of the face of the earth  so when
exams are done I'll see how things stand, and if nothing's going to happen I'll
start somewhere else.
Excuse the mouthful 
As for music, well so long as I can dance to it, anything's fine 
though for preference something with a really good beat. I don't know what to
say about moves, you could say I know too many but forget most of them *sigh* And

popping b-boy and b-girl. I love dancing too. I also teach primary ballet. I am
16. I don't have a particular kind of music. i'll dance to anything. being a
dancer you have to be able to. U cant turn around nd say te a dance teach that u
dont dane to a certain style of music. If you dance you dance thats it..nothing
else reli too it.. |

there...
Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap, Character, Irish, Ballroom, Hip Hop,
Breakdance, Rave, Go-Go... the list goes on!
I agree with Gillian - If you Dance, You Dance!! You always wanna move & try new
things & push yourself beyond your limits!!

but i love to dance. When it comes to ball room dancing, i'm so in love with
them, Talk of Waltz, Tango, Rumba, Foxtrox and i'm also down with hip hop.
I've been kind of busy lately but after my school i'll have to enrol to a
dancing school, lets see i cope.
