in this case some people will say the personality but, i mean the person will not have their personality written on their face. The first time you see in a person is their face. Then you can go deeper

Not appearance - 100%. Man should be confident in his life: work, plans for the future, his social activity and etc. If man about 30 (40) or so and doesn't know what he wants from life, has a job that he doesn't like (and as a result can't have a promotion and can't fulfil himself) and doesn't know how to build a strong family in the future - that's not my type. Person must feel comfortable himself in this life, knows what he want to be in this life, what to achieve and doesn't affraid to spend a few years (or more) to achieve this goal, must love his work (and choose the right one for himself) and value everything: family, parents, wife (woman), children, every day... As I am a creative person I am looking the same but that's not a priority.

For me,

the most important are her eyes, and the face (lips,nose,smile...)...i also in a second part capturing my view with her body part, than observing her "body expression"
