Hey this is just a suggestion. But why not one moderator for each board? I guess it will make the moderators' tasks easier, about locking and deleting post or topic. Thanks.

Well, moderators can discuss that between themselves if they want to be responsible for some particular parts of the forum, but they still will have the rights to moderate the whole forum.

Yep, I don't bother to look at any other than photographers and models. Who am I to say who should be flirting?
If I haven't been there, I'm still planning on going!

Consider:.
Too many moderators would mean that there are more cyber 'soldiers' than 'generals' in command...A tight unit, is a safer 'military' operation...Perhaps the general rule of thumb for model moderators?;)
Distraction would then divert energies into subdivisions of overseers...Thus, this would increase work tasks to becoming more encumbering.
My stepdad was a military drill SGT.:cantlook:
Perhaps this influenced my train of thought--But, it reminds me of the similar situation, in comparison.:muscle:
