I read the warning very carefully because of the English grammatical errors, but also for meaning.

the phrase "cheating other people" would, I think, mean involving others in a scam--that is, schemes of one sort or another that involve money--also use of copyrighted images, lyrics, tunes, etc without permission is legally copyright infringement. Should a person post an article that contains research or blocks of paragraphs lifted form a professional writer's work without permission, that is plagiarism, which can be a copyright infringement.

So my suggestion is just to change the warning in English so that it is grammatically correct and to cover more legal prohibitions.

Charles is right, It sounds better and avoids a loop hole in lawsuits and the likes if it gets changed.

The text below the "Post reply" box at the bottom of the forum seems to use the wording which Charles suggested, and which looks good to me, but the text on the Edit/Quote post page still has the old wording and could still do with bringing into line.
