It might be needed for an aspiring model, to pay for all theyr make-up in the beginning (wich might not be very $$ light for most people), just as a musician has to buy his/her instruments.

After you get on the road, the companies will actually give you for free or even pay you to use theyr products.

I belieave it works that way as also :P

RARELY, do you just get that "LUCKY BREAK" & become discovered outside a Dairy Queen!
It's a tedious ladder, at times with pressure, especially when things blossom all at once...for anyone ;) with or without $$$.
Everything is laborious, & having a sense of humor helps carry one through the tougher times.
:pleased: Rasa :) Money, ingenuity, & support are all important.
Education...depending on which kind & to what extent, can only bring you more to supplement the pursuit.
Ambition is a Plus, for fostering & fuel-injecting hybrid perpetual determination.
Self-esteem, without a haughty ego, is better yet!
