Ring On The Wedding Finger

A ring on the wedding finger normally means commitment, an engagement or a wedding band.
Would you still go for someone who wore one? OR would you back off and leave it cause you know that they are most likely with someone?
Live life to the max and never look back!

People are less likely to let their fears win,
When they can do what they want when they try.

Well... Good qs, Cind...

I don't know if this is the same thing but, my boyfriend used to tell me that he had sex before he did it with me. But I could accept it, though. Even though, luckily, he was lying to me, he said he did that because he couldn't accept the fact that I 'did' a thing with my previous BF.

I guess I can accept it, if I love him that much.
I'm looking for a model who wants to work as one only for a piece of dress...
But seriously! If you do, please contact me.

No nothing to do with what i were asking lol..
Howdy.I'm a 17 year old half asian from Ireland who really would love to get with an agency who can get her exposure or anything please look at my profile and get back to me :D

Hit on someone already legally tied to someone else, and therefore off limits?

He'd have to be hot beyond my wildest dreams... which is a little impossible because my dreams get pretty wild

The guy would have to seriously be the man of my dreams, or just unbelievably hot for me to bother with that.
If he was just ok I wouldn't think of it again or see what happens in the future if the marriage/engagement fell through.

Not saying I would be conniving and try to steal him away. I would just be my good ol' self and try to make a friendship. Never hurts having eye candy as friends.
Everything I've done, and all that I have yet to do, is only to forget the meaning of your name.

I'm what most people would call immoral, a bad boy, downright evil...... but I'm married and would NEVER consider going after someone with a wedding ring on, and am disgusted when they go after me.:saint::saint::saint:

Seriously, would you EVER trust that person to be faithful to you???
If you don't have it, fake it. If you can't fake it, buy it!:lips:

and look out for the dreaded TAN LINE..... sometimes it's due to a recent split (nobody likes being a rebound) or it means they just took it off for the night out...... either way...... BEWARE!
If you don't have it, fake it. If you can't fake it, buy it!:lips:

Carib:

Marriage as a type of control. hmm... to me it would feel like taking away my OWN freedom.
I've been engaged twice the second time was for several years.
But honestly, I just don't see a reason for marriage outside of any tax purposes.
I have gotten a lot of guff with that line of thinking, usually from older couples, they chalk it up to me being afraid or wanting to follow the current trend of the youngins.

Really, this is the way I have always felt about it.
I'm not one of those girls who always wanted a husband, it's not a life goal, I don't day dream about the perfect wedding, etc.
If I some day found that perfect person, and if it would please HIM to get married, I may consider it.

Going to Japan, my native Japanese friends would sometimes ask me what I thought of the way their girls/woman dress. As in "Do you think their clothing is too skimpy".
I just about died laughing the first time I was asked that.
Compared to some people in the USA the Japanese girls are very well covered by their clothing.
If someone there wears a belly shirt, it's talked about. Here, who cares.
Everything I've done, and all that I have yet to do, is only to forget the meaning of your name.

Carib:

I may still be young in some people's eyes, but I've lived enough to learn that neither engagement/marriage commitment and/or children is enough to keep certain folk devoted.

I'm still currently living together with second ex-fiance of 8+ years now...
And the biological father of my kid is also still in the picture.
Both want to marry me, and I've told them straight out no, I have no desire to get married to anyone. A difficult balance at best.
Why they still persist... maybe another part of the puzzle to this threads original question. ?

I love one of them and no longer the other. Love is not the be all, end all decision.
I want nothing to do with it.
Everything I've done, and all that I have yet to do, is only to forget the meaning of your name.

You go girl! I wish I had been as mature as you are at your age. My life would have gone a heck of a lot smoother.
:cantlook: Have faith that the universe will unfold as it should

Ha!
Apparently maturity won't always save you either. ;)

So basically not to get married :lol:
What does marriage mean to both you Angel and Karl?
Reason for me to get married is just to show the world that I love my partner.

Actually thinking of it my father has never worn his wedding ring.:dunno:

Cindy:

What matters to me is not what the world thinks, but how my partner sees us.
Any passerby or a friend of the family might see differently it's not the same as what my partner might feel each time he looks at me, or I at him.
My relationship with my current s/o is not at all what it would seem, not saying it's good or bad one way or another, only that the people around us have no idea.

Marriage is nothing more then a word. I am not religious nor very traditional.

I could stay with a man the rest of my life, even if no one else knew that he was in love with me and that I felt for him.
As long as I'm the only woman he ever came home to, until the day he dies.

For one that's worth it, my dedication is unbreakable.
Everything I've done, and all that I have yet to do, is only to forget the meaning of your name.

"The guy would have to seriously be the man of my dreams, or just unbelievably hot for me to bother with that. "

Cindz, this is what I meant, Angel put it perfectly. For the man of my dreams I'd challenge the devil, win, and take over hell. ;) So hitting on him when he has a wedding ring on his finger would be a piece of cake. An unbelievably hot guy I would probably just enjoy flirting with.

I don't believe in marriage. Even when I was young and dreamed of Mr Right, I never even got to the wedding or even a proposal in those dreams. Perhaps my parents splitting up when I got older reinforced the idea or traumatised me  I have no fear of commitment - I fear committing to Mr Dreadfully Wrong Close To Being 'No Way In Hell' and not realising until it's too late. There is a difference.
Then there's kids. I don't get on well with kids, they make me nervous and I'm sure I make them nervous too, so while I'd like to believe if I had my own we'd be fine, I doubt it. In any case, I'm too selfish to have kids, so unless Mr Dreamy shows up and I have his baby, there will be no buns in this oven if I can help it.

no way. i won't even think about it.
:lips:sexy:lips:

yes I would back off...a ring on wedding finger means ' dont go there ' for me...n since I respect marriage n I wouldnt want any one hittin on my husband why not back off:saint:

do unto others wat u'd like done to u:saint::muscle:
:muscle:

hahaha... I have a ring as same like wedding ring. When I wear it, most people thought Im married or engaged.

i would back off just like i would like people to back off once they saw mine.. its just right and shows respect for someone
