older designers are considered to have more experience and young designers are considered to have more ideas and innovations. i think it depends on what you are looking for :dunno:

maybe older designer have more experience - but some young designers have natural talent and also determination to succeed or also freash ideas

maybe because they think older people have much more experiences than samller groups.:dunno:but if you want something badly,you will work for it,the same way if you will do anything and whatever it takes to be the best.:thumbup:

Maturity and experience counts for alot in design, but a designer should be young minded and be able to identify changing image, style and be on top of that, if not ahead!

I move with the times and keep an awareness of what younger people wish for and demand regardless of my age! If someone wants something cool then it should not be restricted to traditional accessories it can be a Cellphone Charm or whatever!
Keeping a young fluid mind in design and demand helps!

What matters most is experience...most pple who want to hire look for experience but all in all u have to start from some where and if at all u need to make it far u have to start while young.
