Hello to everyone! This is the new workout I started this week. I love it because it involves a lot of weights and it's really toning me up. I also posted this workout on my blog!

Day 1

Flat bench press 3 sets-12-15 reps

Incline bench press-4 sets 8-10 reps

Shoulder press-4 sets 8-10 reps

Dumbbell kickbacks-4 sets 8-10 reps



Day 2

Lat pulldown 4 sets-10-12 reps

Cable rows-3 sets- 8-10 reps

Upright cable rows- 4 sets -12-15 reps

Bicep curls with bar 3 sets -8-10 reps



Day 3

Squats- 5 sets, 8-10 reps

Lunges- 5 sets- 15-20 reps per leg

Leg extensions 5 sets, 15-20 reps

Leg curls- 5 sets, 15-20 reps



Day 4

Off



Repeat the cycle

Day 1 and 3 are to have abs in there



All workout days are cardio days, except Day 3. No cardio on leg day.
