CFW is the biggest fashion event in the caribbean. It is held by the top modeling agency in Jamaica; Pulse.

People come from all over the world for this event. It is the biggest in the Caribbean. You can apply to attend as a model but in recent years it has grown more to be an industry showcase than a recruitment drive for new talent. If you attend, you'll be in a crowd of thousands and may be able to catch glimpses of some of the stars. It is a lot lot of fun and partying and shows. The big parties are by invitation only and those are hard to get and prized. The even tis glamor and glitz and you had better dress and accessorize to the part!

As far as new models attending and being in the shows, they have people who canvas the Caribbean, doing test shoots and the like year-round. However, most of the models hired are usually already established in their respective Caribbean country. It is a big event and I really don't blame them for not entrusting their reputation to untested talent.
