But if you've heard , there are some asians that made it far!
Like the muslim supermodel ?
And the hindu actress?
And the chinese supermodel?
or the japanese actress ?
Anyone can make it far if they try .
Anyone can be a great singer right ? |

many progressive countries already prominant in the Creative & visual Arts
fields!
So that is a definate yes to your question!
You only have to look at India that has developed a huge 'Bollywood' industry!
From which many good Actors and Singer/Dancers have emerged!
Look at Brazil! the great mixing bowl of the world, where decades of intergraton
of African! asian and Western Cultures have met, live and learn side by side!
the result is some of the greatest music and dance!
In the U.K Asian music here has now found its way in the same way that Black
Afro/American music and West Indian reggae did in decades past! I have a muslim
friend from my county who wrote lyrics for a song for an established Uk singer,
she was 16 at the time, so all is possible! She was inspired by Cat stevens (Now
Yusaf Islam) visiting her school and talking of life!
I have great respect for all cultures and wish more people would learn more in
that way, however, I also believe that your culture and possible beliefs should
not be a restriction on where you want to be in life, so with that in mind the
world is your oyster, go make your name and let your talent be seen! Hey,
hollywood may historically always have been the place to get to, but that is not
so today, you have other choices, keep an open mind!

Asia, Asian models, actors/actresses, singers etc. were always very popular but
are now gaining popularity in N. America and Europe. Movies with Asian
storylines are becoming more popular and shown next to mainstream movies and
Asian singers are gaining fans worldwide. Never let anyone discriminates against
you or makes assumptions about you because of your race. Your will to suceed is
solely based on yourself  . |
