well i wouldn't say polishing was necesssary..keeping them clean is, Polishing is just fun!:D

I don't think it's necessary but i like it .. and yea i agree - it's much more necessary to keep your nails clean !:thumbup:

I don't think you need colored polish...but I need clear strengthening polich or mine will chip off and always be short and stubby. I also use the white under-nail pencil for the tips, works really well. :)

I love black for a color nail polish, but most other people don't. ah well.

sometimes its good to polish nails like when u have a function or a photoshoot. if u have fake nails its advisable to polish them. if they r beautiful naturally the leave them natural:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

I like painting my nails, but I haven't done it in over a year and I can't think why. I do try to buff them and keep the cuticles down, but that's about it.

And obviously keep them clean. We moved house a few weeks ago and my nails ended up filthy, I was itching to clean them properly! But when you're moving furniture you might as well wait, they're bound to get filthy all over again :endecided: Cours enow they're clean :D

clean nails are the best to look at. i believe nails say alot about a person

I've used the jet black polish, once, in a photo shoot. I was inspired by a teen, who has done some artwork for me [Outside the box]...One of my lil' ways of saying it's ok to have a gothic look, & give back comfort for being hounded or harassed or labeled via stereotyping--I hate that creepy cruelty--When people look to find fault, rather than see the person underneath!
HugZzz come in different forms...So, due to the nature of the story...I let this person influence me...YEAH, this person likes AKA status...they know the crap that goes with popularity, yet ironically, is popular in the circuit for which this person mingles.
Respect that strong opinion.

its just like dying ur hair but no difference in a nail polish tough,its just to make the nail nice...:),but there is no such thing of unhealthier or healthier..:dunno::D

I'll polish my nails with White Out sometimes if I am sitting at my desk waiting on something or with nothing to do. Used a marker a couple times too.

I try to keep my nails in good shape. My nails naturally are very pretty but they break easily I'm just not gentle enough with them too.
Typically they are just polished and I put something on them like Hard as Nails.
I almost never colour my nails.
I get a lot of compliments on my nails so it makes me want to keep them in good shape.
I've only gotten a professional manicure twice, the first time was a miserable experience the second time was very good, expensive but good.
Everything I've done, and all that I have yet to do, is only to forget the meaning of your name.

I rarely use nail polish cuz I compulsively chip it off out of boredom lol what I do is get a sharpee marker and color my nails in :D cheaper and harder to mess up with!
