well, basically, it is a transformation challenge sponsored by this company. It involves taking your physique to a different level, regardless where you are today. It is for anyone to enter, whether they are man or woman, couch potoato or athelete. The taske is to improve yourself. It is a wonderful thing to do anyway, and some people I know have found it very motivating. They have a series of 2005 and 2006 champions listed on the website with photos of each. I think they can explain it better than I actually, so I encourge everyone to check it out!
