I coluld not find that topic so I have just made another one. I have some things you can do if you want clear skin! :D

#1 Change your pillow case ONCE a week to remove the oils that are in your hair!
#2 Keep your hair tied back when you go to sleep.
#3 DON'T PICK your zits!! You'll make it worse and you can get scars!
#4 Eat VITAMIN C foods Grapefruit*Oranges*Strawberries*Broccoli
#5 Use a mask 2 or 3 times a month 1/4 cup yogurt, half a banana, and 1/4 cup mashed papaya
#6 DRINK 8 Glasses of WATER a day everyday!
#7 Apply and reapply sunscreen ever two hours...
#8 Get rid of any flaky skin by exfoliating oncea week. Damp washcloth, gentlyrub your cleanser in a circular motion!
#9 Reduce puffiness by placing cool tea bags on your closed eyelids for 10 min a night! (mom says Green tea works best)

That was an award winning response...AND, though some people might change their pillow cases every night or every two days...But, ALL in ALL this is a good guideline.
And, yes, SLEEP [ which I rarely get:( ] is Extremely Important, too.

VIP:> *8* hours of solid nightly Zzz's is a key to youthful features.
[How many of us are faithful to that???...I know Karl, Gabriel, & I aren't at times]! :D:cantlook::sleep::lol:

thank you! :thumbup: Oh and I know this women who makes soap, lip gloss, emu oil, ect and the emu oil is to help clear your skin its AMAZING! Thats what I use! :) go to here and look at what she makes - I get her stuff allll the time! :) www. mountain cottage soaps . com

Oh and if your not sure what anything is just ask me! I have at least one thing of EVERYTHING she has! :) you may have to ask for the emu oil for your face personaily - she aslo just came up with a soap with oatmeal in it! Oatmeal is good for your face!

I try to get 8-9hours too - If I get 7 1/2 I am tired the whole day... or until I exersice but I like working out at night so I feel tired and ready for bed! =]

We all need to stop working so hard! I think my new rule for myself is I don't work past 9:00pm or start before 9:00am haha too bad that couldn't be true! :dunno:

As far as I know it helps, because of alkali in it (I mean it can be replaced by something alkali contained). I know that Windsor is good for it (I tried it few times-it was not nice but the result worsted it). But beware - it also dries skin very much.

Basic note here that Sarah references...adequate hydration...cant say enough about plain water, and lots of it, both internally and externally.

nah, i've tried everything, you cant change genetics with home remedies, so i got some medication subscribed in like less than 10 mins.

its called tretinoin gel .01%

i put it on my face everynight before bed after i wash my face. i wake up in the morning, wash off the medication and moisturize my face with cetaphil every morning.

after about 3 months you'll be break out free ...

warning: it does get worse before it gets better, dont stop at first sign of improvement, and dont get discouraged if your not seeing results yet. it takes time .
