stomach. My sister said that we trim hips, because they are bones. Is there any way to
trim hips and make them narrower?
My other problem is to trim on my tigh. Please, help Will. ^_^
Friend said I'm thin at the upper body but from my tigh to my feet I'm so wide.
  is that so?

the missionary position was used...among many, many others. So, as
far as being of scientific merit in proving or disproving the Old Wives right or
wrong, my experience is useless.
What I need to prove/disprove Billy's assertion is two dozen pre-menopausal
women to participate in a year long study. We'll test the eight most popular
positions, one position for every three ladies. (OK...a couple of the positions
will require women who are not ladies.) And no, we won't need any controls for
this experiment.
Ah, the wonder of slim hips. I wonder how to keep pants from falling down. How
to sit on the bowl without falling in. How to keep from looking like a boy.
Sorry, but in my culture if you have slim hips, you'll likely remain single.
Hips must be soft and round, not hard and flat. Give us some curves
ladies! We want curves. I could shoot the person who told women that slim
hips are the thing.
Butts are supposed to stick out and make men drool. Can you imagine slim-hip
doggy-style and these sharp butt bones keep jabbing you in the crotch? If I want
to feel that, I'll hump a chair.
Plus you can't dance calypso proper with a flat fanny!
Fat Fanny's Forever! Yee Hah!!! One bum to rule them all! Have faith that the universe will unfold as it should |

And BTW, I wonder where William is. And still, curious about how to trim hips.
Since my sister told me that hips, are bones, so it can't be trim like waist.

| Date: 2007-08-06 13:38 Hi Catherina,
Sorry for the delay, I was in Germany for a week and not on here. Now, as for
your question. If your hip structure is truly wide due to bones, your sister is
correct in stating that you can not do anything about that. However, modeling is
an illusion, so there are ways to make it less of an issue. The best one is to
widen the shoulders a bit to give the idea of better proportionality. Typical
this is done by execising in such a way as to increase the medial deltoid head.
That is the middle part of the shoulder, when viewed from the side. This is best
done with shoulder presses and lateral raises, two very simple exercises that
you do not need a gym to do.
I hope this helps. Let me know if I can give you more information. |

last year and my friends said my hips are narrower. If it's not because of my
bones, could there be anything else to do to make my hips narrower?I'm looking for a model who wants to work as one only for a piece of dress...

| Date: 2007-08-07 15:13 Well, first of all, you probably should determine what structure you are working
with. Take a shot of yourself, full body, facing front, with hands at sides. No
heels. Make sure the camera is centered on your body, by height. Then, using a
set of calipers, or a simple ruler, compare shoulder width to hip width, at the
widerst point. That will take the illusion out of the process.
Finally, there are no real "Hip slimming" techniques out there, other than basic
diet and cardio. For cardio, I would suggest walking as that tends to have the
least impact on the musculature aroung the hips. 30 mins per day as a minimum.
Overall tone in this area can obviously be improved by doing this. |

| Date: 2007-08-07 15:16 By the way Catherina, after looking at your pics on your profile, I just am not
seeing "Wide hips." I think someone is giving you incorrect information. I would
suggest improving the overall tone of the legs, but otherwise, I cant see any
issues there. Maybe your self photo will yield a different result, but I doubt
it. |

I wonder why Billy did not reply to this post
Maybe his joke backfired on him
He meant a sexual missionary position between a man and a woman Catherina |

calypso proper with a flat fanny! Just a small point you might want to
watch for on an international forum such as this: the term fanny
might mean one's "seat" in American, but in English it means a subtly different
part of a woman's anatomy, and not one to which a gentleman would refer so
casually in polite conversation, if you catch my drift? |
