First piece of advice...Stay off the scale...go by looks, not weight...
Now, secondly, you have a good trip figure, but I think you could use a little
tone in the arms, shoulders and upper chest. Simple hand weights, and basic
fitness moves will help.
Dietarily, make sure you are getting enough proteing and good fats. Thinks like
lean meat, especially fish, along with nuts is a necessity.
You are looking very good, keep up the work, and remember to let the stress
