Lucia we have both been away and so it seems Karl has or is still?? Where is that ellusive man??? :sleep: I still owe him an e-mail lol!

Next month we shall probably see a complete change about in forum activity, since my two are back at school next week and I must try to take the last few pennies from the 'Holiday Makers' here before they depart :D

Mike...good going on the posting. We had some newcomers and old timers making the list this time and, I am glad to say...the post count is higher overall than before! Yay, people! Keep it up. Activity is what drives the site and get's you noticed. So, continue to post, post, post! And remember...I'll be right their snipping at the leader's heels! ;););)


And yes, U.K. been quite a bit busy (businesses getting ready for tourist season) plus dealing with the world most wonderful internet service providers. NOT! Good, gosh, can our monopolistic local company be any worse? The frequency with which DSL service has disappeared this week is outlandish. Call the company and they say that my modem is bad, replace it. Yet, hours later the service comes back, good as new, only to drop again later. Funny, you know, but all of my neighbors seem to have defective modems too! :lol::lol::lol: Test my modem...it is fine. They tell me change my LAN cable. That's fine. They say its my wireless router. That checks fine too! Service comes back...I call...I get told...'don't complain since I have service'. :dunno: Whatcha gonna do?

So...when I have gotten on line, I've mostly rushed over to the moderating lest my service pop the weasel again. :angry:

Ok Ok I didn't get the Lucia kiss :cry: But Karl I have seen her boyfriend and he does look a bit handy :muscle:, so I won't push for that one :lol:

Your service provider sounds just like UK mechanic services! These days it seems people just do not trace and recognise problems, they expect to replace parts until it comes right!

Sounds like you have been as busy as me lately, I will e-mail you re: jewellery etc asap ok Karl??
