I think for the most part modeling agencies (as we all know) are very busy places. Maybe the person you spoke with has not has a reply because they are not interested in representing that person. I have sent ALOT of applications and NEVER heard back, thats their way of saying they are not interested.

Base Models contacted me the same day I sent my application to answer some questions I had and confirm they would like to represent me if I ever moved back to Great Britain (I am british born living in Paris, France).

Well, there ya go.
