why are people concentrating on absurd topics instead of what brought us
here??
Today have seen way so many topics in which people are kinda using th wrong
terms. It's not bad to discuss abt sex but cld u plz mind your language!!! |

Am glad to know that am not the only one who is feeling this way..wat ever is
happening here is messing Jurgitas' reputation. If it doesnt stop then we can
only expect th worst. Most of the new members seem to be joining th site for
other purpose. It's a shame |

I already mailed him Cheri but he wasnt upto it but probably if he hears the

and referring them to the appropriate kind of site is the best recourse. This is
supposed to be a modeling site-- I think the owners have lost control over what
is happening here.... We need to fix it so that we can return to the community

"Flirt, Love and Sex" forum, it maybe should be changed to a "Relationship Help"
forum. There are still underage members of this site and if we aren't making
this website an age restricted website then we need to accomodate the needs of
the members. Making things PG-13 would help to clean up the forum. |

You know what, I agree with the fact that some of the subject matter is getting
way out of line as well as the language associated with it, but let's get a few
things straight. First of all Lucia, it's all well and nice that you're so
concerned with the current terrible goings on at the forum, but take into
consideration the standards you have established here in your own postings. I've
read most of your forum posts and in many of them the language and subject
matter was very suggestive and with sexual overtones. It had nothing to do with
information beneficial to modeling. You had one incident where a member named
George used very derogatory language towards you and your response was equally
nasty. Even though the wording you choose is not as corrosive as what some of
these current postings contain, you still open the door for those kind of people
to expand their criteria to the next level based on the standards you have set.
Also, moderators don't have near as much power and authority as you are
concluding they have. As far as establishing ratings catagories for certain
postings that are more personal or adult in nature, the administration is who
sets those standards. If you have an issue with how these things are done you
need to generate a ticket and foward it on to that department. Another thing,
Mike to the rescue is not going to resolve anything. Mike is only another person
with an opinion. Even if he has stood for positive things at times in the past,
he has also on occasion contributed to negative, suggestive, or biased points of
view. Don't assume any one person is going to come along and save the day. To
resolve issues of concern, go directly to the administration with your concerns
and suggestions. It takes input from everyone who cares. Please, just consider
your ideas thoroughly before submitting them and take into consideration if they
are beneficial for the entire site or if they are just from your own personal
wish list.

but i also know that it is wrong to be posting some of that stuff here because
we are all trying to be professional and i think that lucia is just trying to do
the right thing here  but i think that people enjoy talkin about sex as well, I dont really have a
problem with it at all, my only concern is that it might turn this into a site
thats not focusing on modeling or becoming an actor, a dancer, etc. This is why
many have joined but its also a great fun place to have interesting topics to
talk to one another about, and if you don't like it you should not partake in
those threads or posts. If they are allowed totalk about sex in a sex forum then
let them it is not our place to tell them they are not and should not be on this
site. We have a flirt zone here, also, you shouldn't sign up for it if you don't
want people flirting with you, right? 
But I know that it was all in good intentions, just expressing my views on the
matter

standpoint, as a moderator, we can lock a topic, so that it is dead. We can also
review an account and reject or approve it based on content. However, as far as
the content of the postings here, many of them are sometimes on the edge, and
possibly of little taste. Yet, in many instances they are the most replied too
topics here. My suggestion would be that members ignore those topics they deem
inappropriate or tasteless. Self policing is a wonderful thing for a group of
this size. Also, for those of you with children accessing the site, use the
parental controls on your computer and stop them if you deem the content is too
risque. This is not necessarily a site designed for children, as much as it is
their parents. In an effort to control some access, we do restrict certain
photos and topics, yet nothing works like a strong parent, as many of you I am
sure will agree.
Finally, I hope that all of you are still continuing to freguent those areas and
topics that you find helpful. The starting of more threads considered "On-point'
to your areas of interest is another great way to insure that our site continues
to be successful and useable to all involved.
