Hi you guys how you doing today? I hope you guys are having a great weekend. Any ways the reason I posted this blog was to inform everyone to be carefull with scammers on this web site. I was contacted by a female who claims to be from Dakar Senegal in a refugee camp. The rebels attacked her village and killed everone there yet she managed to escape. She claims to have $6.7 m in U.S. in a bank but she can't get to it because of her refugee status. She needs a foreign partner to transfer the balance to and she picked me. She's been trying to get my bank info but I of course did not give her such info. Her story of course is total bullshit. Just be careful with who contacts you. Be safe.

That is what we started to call a "Nigerian Letter" years ago. No offence to any Nigerian members intended. It is because these kind of letters first originated from Nigeria. These days they come from everywhere. They are really very old news and have been around for a long time. Supprisingly some people still do fall for these scams and there is some very sad stories of people losing their life savings

You gotta feel sorry for all those multi-millionaires whose grass-hut villages keep getting attacked. No wonder all the third-world victims keep their money in U.S. banks. Keeps the war-lords' hands off their cash. Thank goodness though that the Red Cross installs internet and ATM machines standard at refugee camps. Why don't you send her the web address of the U.S. State Department and the FBI. They can better help her retrieve her U.S. held assets. :doh: Next time around I hope she is smart enough to use her millions to buy a plane ticket out before the warlords come. Or...better still...bribe the warlords with a few thousand dollars to leave her alone.

There are crooks everywhere. Some people in Toronto, Canada were using Craigslist to rent an apartment in Toronto that didn't even exist. Apparently they collected about 27,000 dollars in deposits before they were arrested.
