| Date: 2007-04-30 17:02 It depends how regularly they change style, and for what reason. I changed my
style from goth/rocker to normal, and gradually to bright and feminine, and that
reflects my state of mind and personal growth.
But changing style to fit in or be cool or whatever... that's just silly
>_<
So yes, it depends on the reasons mostly. |

I dress how ever I feel like, with the exception of special occasions.
Admittedly I do not keep up with current trends. I've always dressed how I
wanted.Everything I've done, and all that I have yet to do, is only to forget the meaning of your name. |

one minute is Horrid another ...
I say: Have fun with the way you dress & don't take it too seriously!
You should trust people based on their actions & what comes out of their mouths
rather than by what they are wearing ... Unless it's Stolen!! HAHAHA |

Get beyond the assimulated character of a 'Snake Plissken'. . .on the

I don't care if a model is wearing Tommy Hilfiger, Armani, or Prada, etc.
If it means encountering a model, whose education extends as far as
*highschool
[*NOT that I mind, but in this instance, I stood the post.],
but can't take time to read a paragraph for general operation's sake...
What's the point in 'stamp' collecting pictures ONLY--Doesn't that STILL
require literacy, in order to know face value?

Comfy, ah yes!--
BUT-T, Hell no, to the 1 who can't get beyond the*ss in the jeans.

politician dresses to suit the environment and/or message that needs to be sent.
Although you can dress up or down and keep the same style.
Your clothing affects your appearance, but how you wear your
clothing gives away tell tales about your personality. It can tell you how much
a people care about what others think of them. It can tell you a person's
financial status.
When I was working in the U.S. Congress there were a lots of people who had
nothing better to do than count how many different shirts, suits or shoes their
co-workers wore before they had to wear the same thing again. The count would
represent your economic status in the other employees' minds. This then resulted
in the cookie cutter employee who bought all his shoes, shirts and suits the
same to avoid counting.
And then Congress started casual wear Friday's which turns out to be anything
but. Every one buys the snazziest dress-down outfits then can to try and show
everyone that, even when casual, they have class. So fake.
So, if we are to have a fair assessment of style as a measure of personality, we
should assign wear to certain people.
I get the old, worn jeans, mango stained T-shirt and woven palm hat.
Romeo...he has to wear a cashmere bathrobe with gold threading and monogram
complete with rabbit fur lined leather bedroom slippers, ascot and tobacco pipe.
His $25,000 oversize Rolex on his left wrist is for style only as people come to
'Cool Guy'. Cool Guy does not go to them.
Andromeda...well her clothing already alerts you to her vibrant, happy-go-lucky,
quirky, aware and intelligent personality.
Charles Griffin would go best in tan Bermuda shorts or long Khaki pants,
starched cotton blouse and wide-brimmed safari hat. His camera
must be hung around his neck and rest on the center of his
chest.
Rahirza should be required to be in the finest evening gowns at all times.
Lucia...bright, happy go lucky colors and casual outfits tailored to blend in
rather than shout, but yet still have enough appeal that she gets noticed where
ever she goes.
Anyone have other ideas of what clothing our fellow members' personalities
dictate for them? |
