tae bo is a great workout people can burn between 300 to 700 cals per hour
workout depending on the person of course.
its also really beneficial as it helps you to tone up and you feel like your
really doing something talk about breaking a sweat! anyway i advise if you do
decide to give it a go take it easy first few sessions as you will be quite sore
and remember to stay hydrated and to stretch |
