I'm planning to go to talk with my possible employer. He may hire me or may not. In that company it is used to wear free style (jeans, etc..). I was wondering should I dress formal, or i should ajust to their style?

There are no rules its depending on for what job you aim for.

Very stylish outfit is most recommended always and anywhere. Jeans can be included also, pullover, shirt.. Nice modent outfit anyway.

When in doubt, black-n-white is a clean & classic, yet conservative approach.
Unless you know for sure that you can go bolder, right out of the gate...At least the focus will be on what you say, & not what you are wearing the whole time.
