Many models wonder why they are sometimes chosen not just on looks and ability but also personality. I suspect that if they look back over some of your posts they will begin to understand why.

I think the contest was a wonder member idea. It gave the go-get-it models a reason to go out and try. Many got to do a photo shoot they would never have had reason or motivation to do.

I applaud all the participates for there efforts. That is the right attitude for them to have, no matter what. Participation counts. It is exposure.

This was a good way for lots of models to get exposure.. And kind of strut their stuff in some tight jeans!

I'm was suggesting the whole rigged and ambiguous voting thing stinks.

Anyway, most of my profile is invisible on here again now. 86 pics and another 16 from the past few shoots and jobs the last couple of weeks... that have no place...

I guess the contest at least provides an out;et to put up more than 5 pics without paying...

That or posting a billion bulletins to out post Karl - unlikely - lol.

Oh well.

Sorry, my man, about the postings. You give me such good fodder to respond to.

The voting is not rigged. Reign in the false and inflammatory comments. I am certain that if you were in first place you would not say a thing.

See, I like member and fan based voting because ultimately, an industry professional can train to know what looks right, perfect and good, but cannot know what strikes the fancy of the consumer at any given moment. We get a clue to this by polling. Our skills at choosing who appeals is directly linked to surveying the public and finding out what they want. Technical perfection means nothing if it does not appeal to the masses. Sticking to your own personal view of right and wrong in artistic endeavors is what creates the starving artist.

And who says I'm not in first place? I didn't know there was a tally we could see...

I'm not to concerned. I have a great denim campaign shooting Wednesday - to late for the competition - but the compensation is slighty more pleasing... wink wink.

I was gonna re put up my port with all the stuff from the past few weeks.

But i don't think I will for the few of you who can see it...
