But introducing new oils from the inside out will do wonders for skin, hair,
eyes.. give you a 'glow'.
Only virgin Olive oil or Coconut oil.. pure. nothing artificial.
The best way is about 1 to 2 ounces of Olive oil with a squeezed lemon and chug
it down every day. It won't make you gain weight.. just the oposite.
Better yet is find a 'pure' coconut oil in a health food store... 100% coconut
oil. Mix 3 tablespoon in a blender with a fruit juice of your choice and down it
every day.
In about two to three weeks you will start to see a big difference.. the longer
you keep it up the better things get.
good luck, James |

whitehead, blackhead, and maintain my skin better. Most skincare products always
work well if our skin is good. |

face and skin.. But, you are surrounding yourself with the exact same colors
contained in your skin and hair.. this kills the delicate beauty of your skin.
If I could offer comment that may help... I lifted a small copy of your first
photo and ran a color check.. the enclosed pic is.. vertically, 3 shades of your
skin on the left... and three shades of your hair on the right... down the
middle are examples of a color palate that will make your natural colors stand
out beautifully.
Obviously, not the only colors that will work and quickly done to a very small
photo. But you can get the idea..
You need to stay far away from reds, orange, yellow and pink.. unless it is a
very deep shade or contains alot of blue... Browns and oranges need to be much
darker than your own shades so it lifts you into the highlights.
Mostly, I would think about shades of, wines, emeralds and oceans. The more use
of blues , greens, dark browns and funny enough... bright colors.. will make
your gray eyes pop out of the pic and your skin look like silk.. A pale pink or
pale beige will kill all your beautiful colors... It's funny, you are very
unusual in coloring and this can work to your benefit really well... One would
think soft colors for your soft skin.. but although white will work just fine..
the other soft colors tend to make the photo just look very low contrast.. and
not exciting. You can see on the chart that you have all the warm color sewed up
in your natural shades and a very interesting diference between skin and hair
casts... also, be very careful with flash.. maybe look more at reflectors.. gold
or silver depending on the shot.
Very special care in make up is needed for lip color and eyes... but very, very
little.
I hope this can help.. thanks James |

use the right make up colors and stuff I had no idea that those colors would fit me and actually
I think I've never putted those colors to my skin, usually I use those natural
colors because I thought they were better because of my skin and hair color ,,
hehe :P
again thanx. :]* Love the Life* |
