Please don't take my opinion seriously or personal.
I didn't like any of the pics. Lighting was bad. Rule number 1...lighting.
I have only seen about 3 out of 50,000 self pics that turned out great.
Quality is too low as well. Those are just a few comments about the shots
themelves.
If I ever do any self shots of myself..I set the timer to go off every 10
seconds (to try new poses). Even if you have a cheap camera, this can be done
well with proper lighting.
Try to really focus on what you want your face to do, don't copy other people
please. Everyones face is different, copying can make you look bad. I never
cared for the open mouth in a shot either (my pref.). Slightly open to show some
teeth can be great.
I don't want to ruin your day or come across as mean. But you asked for
opinions. If you ever in my area (Ohio), let me know and I will be more than
happy to set up a free portfolio session. I offer a lot of amatuer models free
sessions, not only does it build my name..but they always come back

photos. The two in the middle is not looks you feel comfortable. As previously
stated lighting is a must for a photo that stands out. You also have to edit
photos like the first one, the door distracts the eye and have nothing to be in
that photo, you can cover that area later by cloning the wall with a photo
editor. My personal choice from the 4 images is 4th one. I see you are in
Ukraine, if you have a way to Istanbul/Turkey please let me know for a shooting. |
