HEY IT MIGHT BE A CRAZY AND MAD THING BUT DO YOU THINK THAT GUYS WUD EVER WEAR HEELS EVER IN LIFE? JUST STUMBLED ONJ THIS PIC BELOW AND TO ME IT WAS DA BOMB AND CREATIVE I MEAN LOOK AT THE SHOES AINT THEY GREAT? BUT OBVIOUSLY NOT PRACTICAL. SO NOW THE QUESTION IS AGIAN WHEN WILL THIS IMEAN THE WEARING OF HEELY SHOES BY GUYS BE PRACTICAL AND ACCEPTABLE

Ho, ho! Back to the seventies, huh? That was a pretty radical era...heels, bell bottoms, tie-dye, polyester. Interesting times but I am not certain that anyone who lived through them wants to go back. Men in heels again? Not likely. Very impractical. Ask any woman and you will know why men, given the choice, said "No" to heels.

By the by...there is nothing stopping you from wearing heels if you want to. ;)

Actually men were the first to wear high heels ... it was in France. It was very fashionable for men to were high heels at the French Court.

As I recall, Eagle, the Pantaloon was also in fashion? A precurser to the bell bottom?

Well, further proof why a come back isn't needed! The French already did it! Always setting the trend in fashion so that everyone else is always passe'.

Oh, and welcome aboard, Eagle. I hope we hear a lot more from you in the forums. Lovely Bengals you have there. A nature lover, are you? Much respect, sir! I admire that. My last visit to Oregon was to the Hood River in 1994 I believe. I was there for the International Windsurfing Championships.

Actually it was a little farther back ... King Luis the XV. As I recall he invented the high heel to make himself taller than anyone in the Court.

Well it would take a lot of men to start a fashion trend on Heels :cool:

But I must say its gonna be pretty uncomfortable wearing those for a long time.

Cowboys wear heeled boots out of very practical necessity. Raise your hands anyone who has ever walked through a pasture full of cows. Instantly everyone will know why cowboys wear heeled boots. :shocked: And who cannot figure it out, please feel free not to Email me for the answer.


Daphne...can you see it? Heels raise the ankles which are connected to the shins, which are connected to the thighs which are connected to the butt bone, which is connected to the back bone. Ahhhh...the gentle curving and arching of the entire lower body caused by those innocent heels.

Vomit territory for me, though, to see a man's butt cocking out and back curved sexily. :cantlook: Arghhhh!

Besides, heels can be painful to wear. You know we men cannot take pain. If we could Adam would not have asked God to delegate the task of child bearing to the ladies.

Heels are not practical, certainly. But they can look damn cool ;)

Cowboy boots have a heel. & men still wear those today!
