The best movies are the ones, from wich I can learn something. I like after watching the movie to take some time and rethink all the way, to clear the message what it gives. ofcourse sometimes it's also good to watch and hollywood crap, just for fun, not for education :)

Comedy, drama, tragedy, historical.. everything depends on plot, actors, director. Only want to add to this list - documental films about history, animals, different countries and etc. I love them very much!

I like drama action historical/documentaries and movies based on true stories. I don't really like abrupt- pointless endings tho. The kind that leaves me wondering what it was supposed to mean.:doh: Oh I like comedy too.:D:thumbup:

I've known guys that like the absurd, like you said.
Is it the same thing with you, that it creates a release of tension to watch something goofy or 'bayou' bazaar, & it helps cultivate the cognitive cool down & provides an escape from the doldrum of rigor in the everyday revolving working world?

I like action. .. some horror, comedy and the occasional pre-teen chick flick! lol .. i love movies that you never know whats going to happen and always keep you guessing.
