You should probably get some professional photos first so we can see how you would act in a photo shoot situation.

We see this question here a lot. In your case, you should have begun your quest by registering as an amateur model and filling out the physical data, without which it would be difficult to assess what your possibilities are.

Some of your photos are not flattering, yet do not meet the standards outlined in several articles available here for you to read. The others here have said, get pro pictures done.

If I haven't been there, I'm still planning on going!

Everyone can be a model, depending on a purpose of image, its aim and usage.

However, more interesting persons by look, by soul and drive can achieve more than others. More uniqueness, the merrier ;)

Your photos arent bad, but they are not great either

Most of your pictures arent very flattering to your body, especially your first on you posted above.

You need to try and accent your face more, you seem to keep it very dark, and focus more on your chest and stomach area. Although that may be what you are trying to do, I think your face is your best feature and you should try and make that the main focus of your pictures.

If you want some ideas, and some tips let me know. I would be more then happy to assist you.

OK I have taken a good Look at all of you photos that you have posted on this forum post page. So I am going to give my incite of each picture. if any one else has any other ideas then please share cause by us critiquing her photos will give her more incites on how to pose for future pictures.

On the picture where you are hanging on to the light post if you were giving a big smile as if you were laughing in joy. this would give the sense of fun to the picture. Also if you could have added a little wind effect to your hair would have given off the sense of coolness also would give the shot more life.

The second and third picture where you are in the black and white blouse top and the black knee high loose trim pants. If you would have smiled a little bit and given this set one more picture posing to the left would have given the effect that you were doing a fashion shoot at the end of the walking platform giving off those three vital poses. The smile if it could talk would say I am comfortable and feel good wearing these clothes.

The fourth picture where you are on all fours instead of pucking your lips a little I would liked to see a little mischievous smile. Or closed your eyes while pucking up your lips. This would give the capture a romantic setting.

The last one while you are up on the tree you are looking directly in to the camera witch in most cases is a bad idea. If you were looking up at the leave on the tree with your hands behind your head and giving a little sigh then this would have had a strong relaxing sense or feel to the picture.

I think maybe the responses I note may have knocked the stuffing out of this 'Starting Out' Aspring Model who was having a go and did not really warrant such critical responses without those people really giving her any direction!

Hey if she would have done bikini shots or mentioned fake claims would you not be responding in a different way? I wonder! That is how sad forum can be sometimes!

I note despite responses the last one being tonight, that the girl has not been back at forum since posting this in March! How bad do you feel now guys?

If you wish to Critique a new person then please follow up with positives to give them direction and if you critique extensively then please show your reasons and experience for doing so, that way young girls like this do not feel intimidated and end up Shelf Stacking through no one helping!

I think with some professional photos you would have a chance. You have a beautiful smile and I think you will do well with some photos that show you off better;)
