i am very small for my age and want to gain about 15 pounds so if you can help please do.

I have no idea why you want to gain 15 pounds. It looks like you are slim and I know at least a 100 of women who would kill to be as slim as you.
No ribs visible, nice flat belly :)
But since you want to gain some weight them my advice is a lot of rice and meat. Eat fast and a lot. Nutrition bars, chocolate and stuff like that.
As less sports as possible and you will gain weight in no time.

I don't know why you want to gain weight fast either. Your BMI is slightly out of range, but minimally, and thats not too uncommon or necessarily bad.
Also, there are more than one way to gain weight, and it also depends what look you want to maintain, at what places you want to gain weight and what places of body you want to leave untouched. Skipping sports and eating a lot is good only if you do not care for anything else than increasing numbers on the weight scale. And even that does not guarantee right results.

'm guessing you don't really want a lot of fat weight cuz if you eat a lot i think it'll just hit your mid-section. So eat more protein with animal fats and do your workouts simultaneously.

For 6-pack one needs quite low bodyfat (around 10-12% for woman)+ having muscles to show up.
You cant control from which places you will loose fat, thus you can not "shape" your body only by eating more. And which places you gain weight first depends on genetics + hormone balance, for men usualy it is upper body + belly, for woman - lower body.
However, you can control where you get more muscles when working out. Thus workouts are better in shaping body.
In your place, I would enroll in gym.

I absolutely agree.

For hips you should sit alot, for six pack you should visit gym and tell your aim to gym trainer.

for a six pack you must do a lot of sit-ups. but i don t see any reason for you to gain weight your body is great, for your breast try buying a bust firming serum from a pharmacy.

I had also wanted to gain a little weight 'cos my parents were complaining that my younger sisters looked healthier and more matured.

Yeash you have no reason to want to gain weight. Your body looks finet he way it is. Eat healthy, do crunches, situps and cardio each day you will be fine.

Why gain weight & lose your perfect body?:dunno:
To build the muscles up takes a high protein/high carbohydrate diet coupled with intense weight training, there's video's tell you how to do it at home but you can over do it injuring yourself if you try to push yourself too far, too hard & too fast!
Even if you don't get a trainer get advice if you are going to do it!:thumbup:

U need to consume some protein concentrate, in the same time try to do some workout in a professional gym with professional support;)

Gaining weight can be good thing as long as it is the right kind of weight. Where exactly do you want to gain the weight? You need a slight positive calorie diet that is nutritionally balanced and change your workout regimine to gain the weight where you want it. Kind of like we did for Miss Simpson for the dukes of Hazard movie. She needed to fill out the Daisy dukes.

Go to a reputable professional trainer - explain to him/her exactly what you want to do with your body. Remember you will fill out naturally as you age so keep that in mind!! Most important thing - eat a balanced diet and DO NOT overtrain!! I wish you much success!!

I read this many whilez back, a method to increase bust size (from when I used to do weight training, I often got reference books to study, it caught my juvenile mind at the time whilst flicking through one book I borrowed from the library, found it amusing)!

Get two chairs(with backs), or use bars, set to about just over shoulder width apart, height about waist high. Stand in between the chairs/bars and grip them in each hand. Lower and raise your body using your arms 25 times, repeat 5 times, breaking for two minutes for each 25. Now this is per day, must point out!

I don't know how/why it works, I only read the method because I was young and found it amusing(as stated earlier in brackets), plus I forgot all but the instructions... it has been 14 years since I borrowed the book afterall ;)
