I have no idea why you want to gain 15 pounds. It looks like you are slim and I
know at least a 100 of women who would kill to be as slim as you.
No ribs visible, nice flat belly
But since you want to gain some weight them my advice is a lot of rice and meat.
Eat fast and a lot. Nutrition bars, chocolate and stuff like that.
As less sports as possible and you will gain weight in no time.

of range, but minimally, and thats not too uncommon or necessarily bad.
Also, there are more than one way to gain weight, and it also depends what look
you want to maintain, at what places you want to gain weight and what places of
body you want to leave untouched. Skipping sports and eating a lot is good only
if you do not care for anything else than increasing numbers on the weight

to show up.
You cant control from which places you will loose fat, thus you can not "shape"
your body only by eating more. And which places you gain weight first depends on
genetics + hormone balance, for men usualy it is upper body + belly, for woman -
lower body.
However, you can control where you get more muscles when working out. Thus
workouts are better in shaping body.

To build the muscles up takes a high protein/high carbohydrate diet coupled with
intense weight training, there's video's tell you how to do it at home but you
can over do it injuring yourself if you try to push yourself too far, too hard &
too fast!

Where exactly do you want to gain the weight? You need a slight positive calorie
diet that is nutritionally balanced and change your workout regimine to gain the

want to do with your body. Remember you will fill out naturally as you age so
keep that in mind!! Most important thing - eat a balanced diet and DO NOT

to do weight training, I often got reference books to study, it caught my
juvenile mind at the time whilst flicking through one book I borrowed from the
library, found it amusing)!
Get two chairs(with backs), or use bars, set to about just over shoulder width
apart, height about waist high. Stand in between the chairs/bars and grip them
in each hand. Lower and raise your body using your arms 25 times, repeat 5
times, breaking for two minutes for each 25. Now this is per day, must point
out!
I don't know how/why it works, I only read the method because I was young and
found it amusing(as stated earlier in brackets), plus I forgot all but the

She's wanting to gain weight for body building & weight training
not for the bust
Why do some guys have boobs on the brain?  
I hope on the other hand she's not just after a bit of belly bulge |
