so I'm thinking of going on a diet as I've gained some weight and I need to put it off again. If you can give me some tips on dieting or a diet plan it would be really helpful for me. Thanks

Eat like four times a day and do less trainious exercise.

Eating four times doesn't mean eating all you see, lots of vegatables, fruits and all that but make it a small portion. Then make sure you complete your daily exercise
