Impressive experience Gillian! Classic & Modern Ballet and The Royal Ballet School, you obviously have Talent and Great Enthusiasm for your Art!

I shall keep my ears and eyes open for any U.K audition opportunities as sometimes I do get to hear of them!

Do you have any links to your Dance ie: Sample vids or such like? If not maybe you may have additional photos of your Dance that you could show here to raise your profile!
Much like Modeling it's always good to show as many visual examples as possible for potential employers.

I would say make a Model Mayhem account and look through that site. There are a million people there..Supermodels will get you no/little work . It is not a good place to network in my opinion. You need big sites to reach big populations...

Oh right Gillian, I hope you can over-come that embarassment as you have put alot into your Dance and the outcome should be you now reaping the results! I guess getting seen is all part of that!


My Family background includes specialist Dance in addition to advanced music and art, but Dance is uppermost through my aunt being an adept Ballet Dancer and my mom working many years at a Highly Respected UK Private Dance School!

We all chose our seperate routes and my sisters chose art and photogaraphy after their initial interests!

You need to feel cool and at home with your abilities and show the World of your Talents gillian! Even though at this stage it does not seem in keeping with your character to do so!
