Some of the worst fashion shows up at awards shows (Oscars,Emmys,etc.) For the amount of money spent or time hyping up a designer's gown/dress/whatever - some off the rack clothes would look better. Actresses need to be told " You look like crap in that."
A service I believe filled by Mr. Blackwell.

as far as the clothing fits the figure and temper i don't care if it's weird. but if someone puts on a thing just because its the latest trend she/he might miss the hit.

Vylune, Weird is good. Fascinated by goth and lolita look. Though point is why pay to look bad? Tear drapes off the windows, wrap up in them and type with rope. Now that's an outfit! But if you got it.............
Amazed that we are 1/2 a world apart and can still communicate. The beauty of it all!!

Ha Ha I would tend to agree! Typical designer Story and those who follow like sheep :D

Fashion is cool if it is opening your mind to new looks and things that can suit you or compliment your image or body!!

When it gets to the stage of Designers just coming up with stuff for the sake of it then well yes, that is when they also start to look at grass routes street fashion coming from the likes of you and I and differing regions coming up with such! Hey guys these people take their ideas from what is going on in the streets, so why should you not be the top designers? Not some Hollywood Made It On-Lookers?

When top Designers come up with crap, then yes as Ralph says, it's about time people knocked them off their pedestals and said 'What the F**** is that' Get out of here!

Oh Very well explained Vylune, now your words do make complete sense, very much!

The Swan example is a brilliant one! Knowing that the charcter is very quirky, un-predictable and can be snappy in mood yet at other times look calm and more graceful!
