Hmm something seems to have happenned with your topic name, I guess there was a link removed or something Danute, oh well it's here still tho!

That is a nice photo! I am not sure about this one at forum as the top looks a little unusual and draws the eye to that top area of your head, has that pic been adjusted?

Anyway I think the other one is great! Good work!

You're welcome Danute. It's good that you take in interest in your photos so much, but it is hard I guess adjusting when not a professional at it!

You should add that other example in here for people to comment, that one and your main pic I think are your best!

Yes that is the best one of the two I think! :):thumbup:

A good photographer may be able to lighten and enhance it also and perhaps crop from waist upwards to bring your image forward and therefore put more emphasis on your face! :thumbup:

Ha Ha I say this in-case any helpful Photographers are looking in???????

I thought they were too flat and I tried an experiment with them.
Example 1 is cropped and brightened. The image was too small to adjust the noise and I left off any sharpening--but if you can achieve the same results from the original image, it might seem livelier.
If I haven't been there, I'm still planning on going!
If I haven't done it, I've still got time to try!

Example 2 follows the same adjustments as 1, but I added sharpening. Remember that you only have a small space in which to make your impression, so make sure the images are concentrated on displaying you--not a lot of blank background.

You have done a Cool Job Charles! I am going to butt out of this forum now cos I chat too much anyway!:cantlook:

I kinda knew you would rise to that occasion and subtle prompting lol :D and you did with style! I realised after I added earlier that the small size of pic and quality probably would be too hard to bring forward, so I can see what you mean :doh: I'm not a tog :lookdown:

But I reckon Danute will be well pleased with what you have done here and thank you so much for spending time in doing that! It shows your abilities and helps those of limited means to improve their photos, which is ALL GOOD
