Can someone help, I need simple, natural photos... How can take?

With no make up just let your hair flow down over th shoulders, maybe put it behind the ears for a photo or 2, or 3, you'll look amazing:thumbup:
Lighting? not too bright or dim either, but if you can take the pictures without the flash you will cauture your surroundings better, brighten on the desktop later if needed.
Outdoors if you have a friend take the pictures, go to the local park or if near the edge of town go into the open countryside, go down to the river, pair of shorts, neutral coloured top, sit by the waterside with your feet in the water... just an example:)
possibilities are endless:thumbup:
Don't need to be a photographer to take a photo! though pro's get paid to take pictures & they might have something to say about my comment! get your best friend to do it, turn out juas as good & you can take the photo's at leisure;)
Get a professional shoot done every now & then but get someone you know to take your pic's more often, capture the look you want there & then instead of having to wait for weeks or travel for hundreds of miles!
I'm a pro myself but I'm only on jurgita as a member, I'm working with the press at the moment:shh:

If you mean what is called "polaroids" or "snapshots" for agency use, then a plain background, offwhite or light gray is best or outdoors in front of greenery. Weara light bikini and have full length shots of the front, the sides and the rear with your hands and arms hanging naturally at your sides and your feet together. It is permissable to suck in your stomach (but you seem already quite thin). Then a set of head and shoulders with front and profiles-- no make up and with even flash or even lighting.

Make sure the photographer uses an appropriate lens if he or she is not a pro, a short tele like 70 to 90mm for the close up and no less than 50mm for the full length.
If I haven't been there, I'm still planning on going!
If I haven't done it, I've still got time to try!

Bikini's a fantastic suggestion Charles:thumbup: what would your wife say?
Watch out for the iron fry pan or baseball bat behind your front door:cantlook:

Natural with no make up... just be natural:thumbup: without any make up on;)
I think you'll look great:thumbup:
But wear what you want to, whatever you think's best.
What could be more natural than this...
you walking through a field just outside of town in a light summer dress, hair blowing in the afternoon breeze... enjoying the afternoon sunshine:pleased:
You're gorgeous:lips: with no make up... you'll look a sensation:thumbup:

Get a photographer to do a test shoot and keep it really casual.

Indre you have done some cool shots in differing environments so you konw how to look and pose yes?

You also know how to allow the real you come across in Photo Shots despite photographer I note!

So on that basis, if you want the Natural you to shine through, take a week out, get some friends together! go to the Beach, do a BBQ or Party and let good friends photo you, non-professional, holding your stomach in bikini will never be the real you, it will reflect on the strained look on your face holding the un-natural pose!

Get two to three friends each time you have fun to photo you, from that you will get a small selection of the real you, if that is what you want! Your friends and family know what is the real you, don't fake being real for photographers ideas of what is natural!

JUST BE REAL!

No make up is no problem you will do fine

Gary's funny, but I was referring to the specific requirements that most modeling agencies want for the "snapshot/polaroid" shots.
