Your measurements are perfect:lips:
and looking at your photo's... you're stunningly beautiful:thumbup:;):lips:
Height... allright in my opinion, some agents/agencies have a hang up about the height thing:( but don't let that get you down babe:)
It might just take a little time to get an agent but don't give up:thumbup:
I'd really love to see you make it Nicky:thumbup:

take some time to read some of the articles here on jurgita many of them will helop you
Kimberley :)

Hi Nikki,

Hey another California girl! Nice!

Your beautiful! So- the kind of modeling you should be shooting for is commercial. You will need commercial style photos. (hit photopgs up for TFP) Do not send these current pics to any agency because they are not what the people are after..

Although commercial modeling is usually geared for girls that are 5'5" or taller, you have a really marketable look. The commercial models that get the good paying jobs are much taller...
Then there are the editorial models. They are normally in the range of 5"10" or so. There are a few shorter ones --but nothing under 5'7". I would start by hitting up local agencies that work with commercial models. (There is a difference)
Please be careful of the advice of the people here give--they are beginners. Read and research all your questions. You will certainly get advice from many on this site that really don't have a clue what they are talking about!

Hope that helps a little. Where is your town located? Maybe I can introduce you to someone in that area if possible...

Beginners?:dunno:
Not me as far as working with models goes I'm no beginner;)
I am actually a photographer, though I'm working with mainly the press at the moment:D
I'm not on here as one, the reason is I like to look around before I get too far into anything;)

Nicki... the photo's you have are fine enough, but another thing is with the photo's you have on jurgita, don't matter if a professional photographer or your sister/brother takes them, put new ones up now and then, even if it's just one at a time:thumbup:

I did suggest in another topic posted by the very beautiful Nicki to try the San Francisco agencies, there's a few I think she'd have a good chance with!
I'n no scout but I could probally talk one of them round into giving Nicki a break...
no guarantee unfortunately but very possible:)
Britain & Australia are the 2 countries with the most of the petite models:)

So who do you know at the San Francisco agencies? Are you saying that you can call North Beach,Stars, Ford or Marla Dell and they know of you? Perhaps we share common friends. Please do tell!

Gary, I do know that these pics that Nikki put up must be trashed. She MUST have polaroids or commercial style photos for anyone to even talk with her. They will simply tell her they do not have time for her and tell her to leave. This I know first hand. Perhaps not where you live -- but here in California that is the way it is.

I don't live in California, true:thumbup: but I've been there numerous times:D
I also know being pushy and nasty about Nicki's photo's will not help her in and way!
and I also think Los Angeles would probally & definately be a better bet than San Francisco... worth thinking about:thumbup:

I AM A MODEL FROM NIGERIA I LOVE THE WAY I AM, AND IN MY MODELING I LIKE TO BE THE BEST ANY WHERE I GO, AND IF YOU SEE MY PHESIC YOU WILL INJOY IT VERY WELL.
