Ok, so why are you pics looking like myspace pics? Why not wait for professional
pics and present yourself to the world when they are available? These will get
you ignored by all the agencies. Number one rule, NEVER pose with a friend. They
may like her better than you. Number two rule.. polaroid pics/commercial style
if you are serious. Third, Variety in posing. You have all headshots. You must
read and research before you jump in...Trash these, they are not any good.
As long as you can be seen in the pictures, they are of reasonable size and they
are clear + sharp enough agent's will take you on
a girl I knew around 12 years ago didn't even have a picture & she went right up
to the offices of a local agency & got signed on the spot
so I don't see what all the fuss about photo's are
If you look at some of the girls in some of the FSU & eastern europe, some of
them are taking each other's photo's, it's not so much who takes the photo but
if who's taking it has a steady hand & knows the camera
and you don't need top of the range canon EOS (though I have 2)... the cybershot
camera in a sony-ericsson K800i (3.2mp) or K850i (5mp) even though the
resolution's only a mere 72dpi, as the pictures are large in size they are clear
& would do for anyone that's not got a high spec camera
But as I said it's not a question of was it a pro photographer or not?
more the valid question to ask is does the agent like your face or not?
some agents will even judge you upon what's playing in your headphones! though
that sounds totally crazy but it has been found true! |
