I totally concur with Ka Yan Yiu Some people may seem like they are really
interested and caring However, that can all change once you both meet. If you
look good to him/her then then chances are that it will go OK however if you
don't look as good as he/she expects then you may see how some people can be
really shallow. I am not saying that all people are like this but I do know some
that are. Now I do know one person the was talking to a man over the internet
and really liked his attitude and decided to meet with him. When she got back
she told me that he was not what she expected to see. That he was not very
handsome However, she didn't like him for looks when she was contacting him on
the internet so why should she care now. the point is that some people are
understanding and some are not. Some people are really shallow and some are
deep. The thing is if you don't give the chance to find out then you really

Internet love is all about imagination. You can share things, but you wont feel
the real reaction about them. People are not the same over phone/internet and in
real usually. Even if they try, phone and keyboard requires imagining some
things that might be or not there.
Sooner or later you will have to meet and then to decide if you click together
or not. Usually this comes with surprise that you imagined a person a bit
differently. The prince has no shining armour and is balding, the princess is a
bit more chubby than in the photos you have got from her through email. Or they
react quite differently to the things you talked about over internet.
Whatever.
Of couse, there can be times when you have to keep communicating with a person
you love over distance, but its a bit different when you know the person
already. Had such relationship myself recently, but in the end it worked out
well.
Also, I am not talking about meeting someone online - this happens. Just i dont
