Highlighted by saturation news coverage, Robert Mugabe remains in power for at least another 5 years, and Britain is so obsessed with assisting George Bush commit terrorist offenses against the Arabs that they actually don't give a damn about their own commonwealth!
Should we just stand back and watch Mugabe get away with genocide & a whole catalogue of human rights crimes?

Mugabe is quite old (84 or so). He might survive next 5 years, but i doubt he will survive much more. Trying to clean up the mess in Zimbabwe by force would result in another country with placed convenient "leaders" that would require external presence. Lets take a look at Iraq and Kuba. An intervention would both result in lots of deaths, weaken both Zimbabwe and GB positions, and would cost a lot. Probably, it would result in same situation after some time again.
The succession of Mugabe would have both the need and possibility for a fresh start in politics an relationship with other countries.

Sad, but
-They dont have key oil resources
-South africa holds the key to solve the issue as a way of thanking him for old favors, is ridiculous they dont recognize we have reached the point of actual genocide.

Just lets hope for a future of democracy for Zimbaweans, and lets press togheter to the leaders that can do something about that.

:angry:mugabe is old and no other president do anything!!! why african presidents don't like their people? they always about money...and occidental presidents don't move a finger...zimbabwe's suffering!

I wouldn't know either. I think most people are afraid of him or what exactly can i say. The first time i heard he's been there since 1980, i thought i didn't hear clearly, its possible it might be a mistake.

How could someone be so cruel, doesn't think about the people in his country. I guess people decided looking at him because once they start something innocent people will have to pay.

God, help Africa countries from bad leaders.
