Eating Lots Of Tomatoes Daily Works Better Than Drinking 7-8 Gallons Of Water Daily

As the topic implies, tomato is very good for the skin. though i don't really eat them cos i don't have much time to slice it and keep in the fridge.

But if you can try this for two weeks or so, you'll see that it will surely work. Try eating fresh raw tomatoes everyday. Probably four to five. When you wake up in the morning, instead of taking several cups of water, try eating lots of tomatoes first and within two weeks you'll see lots of differences.

I actually watche a research carried out on Oprah Winfrey show, even Oprah sighed that shes always killing herself to drink water daily. she was happy to know it doesn't really do so much as people implies.

So get on with those tomatoes girzzzzzzzzzzz

A sensible balanced diet would sound the best option for anyone:thumbup:
If yo stick to eating just tomatoes & a couple of other fruit & veg items your skin islikely to suffer... I've saw girls back in high school that tried weird diets & their skin was anything but healthy!

Kate Moss & Jodie Kidd were famous for stupid diets in the 90's, I've not heard anything about Jodie Kidd for a long while now... think she just faded away into the background!

There's been some weird diets used by models that I know about!:shocked:
1 apple a day, handfull of nuts and/or raisins a day,
then the classic supermodel diet of course... eat twice a week!:cantlook:
All which cause all end of health problems, and then there's been laxative abuse too:doh:
All the above weight loss & control stunts are very damaging & should not be used!

Healthy eating isn't avoiding this or that! it's just getting a good balance between everything!:thumbup:

What can make you gain weight is if you eat too much but if you don't eat enough or if your diet isn't wide and balanced enough your health will go downhill:thumbup:
Eat healthily and sensible, red meat is a very good source of iron which if your daily diet lacks iron intake it can affect your awareness & you can feel tired a lot of the time, iron you can also get from some breakfast cereals & suppliments are available too:thumbup:

Another tip to keep your weight down is don't eat immediately before going to sleep:thumbup:

I never stream line models to just eating tomatoes alone. All i'm saying is make tomatoes part of your daily food. Instead of taking water first thing in the morning you take tomato. Then after sometime go ahead with your daily meal. Its just as simple as that.

Tomatoes are one of the main ingredients in most italian & some spanish dishes...
also used in indian foods, go well with salad/salad sandwiches:thumbup:

tea is a natural deoxidant by the way
drinking on average 4 to 5 cups of tea in a day can also be beneficial for the health too:thumbup:

well the tomatoes thing isnt made to replace normal foods. It is made to replace the large daily intake of water. And since tomatoes are made up of 70-80% percent water, I can see how they would be good for you. not to mention all the vitamins and health benifits that are found in tomatoes. So tomatoes coupled with water every day ontop of your normal meal should help out a lot.

Most plants contain a high amount of water so include a wide variety in your diet daily to eliminate having to carry around gallons of water.
I wouldn't reccomend eating such a high volume of tomatoe as they are highly acitic and you will end up with canker sores and inflamed taste buds, but things like romaine lettuce, oranges, apples, and especially cucumbers are jam packed with water.
Healthy skin can also be achieved by eating good fats like olive oil, or olives and fish. As well, things like oatmeal, avacados and nuts are jam packed with all of the necessairy vitamins to achieve that deliciously smooth complexion.

The reason the tomato hydrates you a bit faster than water is because it has low carbohydrates. But the key is the carbs. A 5% carbohydrate solution will force the liquid out of the tummy and into the bloodstream. Any more carbs and the opposite will happen. Tomatoes are good but I don't reccomend stopping your water intake.

Not a bad idea, certainly more exciting than drinking glass after glass of water! Might work in addition to a balanced diet. Don't tomatoes contain anti-oxidants? :-)

Yeah its true that tomatoes are good for the skin because of the red pigment in them has lots of antioxidants. But other foods have that as well, such as blueberries and strawberries which are very high in antioxidants.

But the main point is...Eat a balanced diet of fresh fruit and veges. and aviod high fat and oily foods, like fast foods and CHOCOLATE. Don't focus on 1 food group cause that will make u lack other minerals and become unwell and deficient.

However, I also find that it is NOT SO, too, if your blood type isn't compatible.
What works well for some, does not mean it is great for every1, from many aspects.;)

I myself indulge in green tea & pure water daily...LUV every saturating, crisp, cleansing sip of it, & wouldn't change it for a fling> :lips::lips:

If tomatoes are suitable for *U*, go for it...Feeling Healthy & being healthy is most important. Cheers for no 'juicy' acid fears.:D
