I was wondering what you think about vintage style shoots. i want to hear your opinions about them? Shoul they be in you portfolio or not?

I think they should be. They always have a warm feeling to them that makes you feel nice. And it doesn't hurt that they make pretty much everyone look incredible.

Kim what exactly do you mean by vintage shots? For instance, do you mean the actual pictures of you are old, or do you mean your where in a photo shoot where you recreated an vintage era; by wearing old clothes, etc.? If its the second one, then yeah, why not? Its cool and its just more pictures of you. Its really good to have diversity in your portfolio. :thumbup:

Periodic shoots are always fun.

You can try anything from the 1920's to 1980's provided you have a good MUA, hair, fashion stylist, location, props and photographer :thumbup:

no blake not old pictures of me. a shoot which consist of vintage clothes. i really like vintage clothes but not sure if they were suitable for test shoot or any shoot

black and white photos look great (or sepia tones) with vintage-style shots ;-)
